Let's pen Down pain !

Pain... something which hurts the most...but what is real meaning of pain ?...does it have any unit or can we measure it in any form...sadly....we don't have any parameters to decide how Pain affects us !
And in any manner we cannot compare one person's pain with someone else's pain .
Isn't it  terrific !
       We are human beings..we have mixture of different emotions ...and we transfer our emotions through our actions..and the most funniest thing is that, sometimes we Express our happiness through our tears and similarly at times we Express our pain through our tears too ! 
    But we always appreciate happiness coming from those tiny tears but never consider sadness dropping out of *our hearts through those reliable tears ?
Why so?
Letting go of your pain, why does it make us question our selves ?
  I don't know the theory and honestly I don't have any answer for this... and I am no one to tell you the answer  ...you need to self analysis for that 
       Going back to my main topic "pain" ...
What really is it .....
I consider , there is something / some specific situation which really bothers us but we can't do anything about it !....the feeling of feeling helpless is something that gives us "pain" 
.... Being sad and having pain is different thing.... Sadness is something which has particular reason ...we easily get it when we feel sad... sometimes when we lose someone or get apart from someone , these things makes us sad but even though we are going through that thing and it doesn't affect us...like a dead cell... thats what is  called pain... something which we can't express and sometimes we can't recognize it....so what is the solution of this tiny but a word that affects us soo much : pain ?....
I guess the answer is simple....
1) RECOGNIZE IT  : 
       It is really important to be an honest person . I agree we can't be honest with everyone ...but what about ourselves ?
 If we talk about the term physchology ,we grow in such surroundings where getting cold after eating ice cream is taken as a serious issue...but having mental illness is nothing ... it is not even considered as an illness ...it is considered as "pagal" ...and that's the harsh reality of our society ...as I always say...we can't change everything but we can change atleast 1% of ourselves which will one day may be impact our society by 99% .... rather than pointing out one finger at others let's consider that  three fingers will always be pointing  towards us...first we need to answer these three fingers and then and then only we have the right to point it towards somebody else....so ,be honest with yourself and ask yourself a Small question...hey dear me, are you ok?....
2) ACCEPT IT : 
     Firstly , congratulations ....you are one step closer to your answer....if your self gives you answer...."hey! Buddy ..I am alright ... thanks for thinking about me " ...
Then it is all good....but if your self told you " we need to talk"...then ooo...you really need to talk with yourself .... accept it if you have something broken inside...
 Tell your self... it's ok!...I don't know about others but today I will definitely help you to get through this
3) TALK : 
      Now , I guess you realized that you have a new best friend and that's none other than your own self. It's high time to celebrate this real friendship day!...
But not by tieing friendship band as others do....but by really understanding the meaning of friendship....talk with your self ...try to figure out what you need right now?....what the current situation expects from you ?....what should be done?...is being quiet the answer to your questions ?...no!... always remember ...no one knows you better than yourself ...and at some point you need expert's advice !...so get it from yourself .
4) DON'T JUDGE YOURSELF : 
           The one mistake we all do is  that we question ourselves , we question our abilities ....I mean ...then how will it work for us ..if we don't show BELIEF on ourselves ?....so , stop judging yourself ....
I am proud to Know some people who never feel any shame or fear to Express their real self ....but similarly I know people who thinks twice before expressing their feelings .... especially when they get sad
....I agree , crying alone  makes us more stronger ....but sometimes we get scared when it comes to open ourselves in front of someone else , why?... because we get worried ..
What if they don't respect our feelings?
What if they consider us weak?
What if they make jokes about this?
And in between all these questions we shut our self ...
 it is high time to think, "don't we have at least one person in front of whom we can cry literally like a baby ?"
We have our family , our friends ....why do we make these relations...to share...our happiness as well as weakness
So, pen readers ... Today , try to trust someone ....
Tell yourself ...if someone wronged you in the past , it doesn't mean that the whole world is like that !
Experiment with trust 
And always remember one thing...
It's in our hand to trust someone ...we did our job ..then don't expect that they will keep your trust or will break that...
Now that totally depends upon them ...how they are....we can't change them ...
If they break your trust then that's their fault , they lose a presious person like you .
And just think what if they keep that trust ?
Then you will get a new gem in your self
Afterall life is all about risks !!!!
